Creators Corner builds websites, apps, and tools with you. These are the terms you agree to when you open a build room, start a build, pay for one, or use anything we made for you. They're written to be read. Effective September 4, 2026.
Everything we build for you is yours:the app or site, the code as delivered, your domain, your accounts (Apple, Google, Stripe, and the rest), your customer data, your brand, and your business. That's the promise on every page of this site, and this is where it's written down.
Ideas you bring us are yours too.If you conceive a feature, a method, or an invention and we build it, you own it. We won't reuse it for anyone else.
What Novara keeps is our own toolbox: the reusable engines, components, methods, and inventions we create in the course of the work. You get a permanent, royalty-free license to use them inside your product for as long as it exists. We keep the right to use them in ours and in other builds. Nothing we keep ever takes anything away from what you can do with your product.
Who thought of what is decided by the record: your build room is timestamped, and it is the shared lab notebook for the project. Where an idea was genuinely both of ours, or nobody can tell, Novara owns it and you keep the same permanent license.
Your room opens with a passcode you set. Keep it to yourself; anyone with it can read the room. If it gets out, tell us and we'll reset it. What you share in the room is confidential between you and us — we don't publish it, sell it, or share it. Our intake assistant, Nora, reads the room to help map your project; she's part of us, not a third party you're talking to.
When we show finished work publicly (for example on our work page), we show what you've already launched to the world, and we take it down if you ask.
We tell you what something costs before we build it, in writing, in your build room. There are no surprise bills. Payments are handled by Stripe; if a build is quoted in installments, the schedule is agreed before work starts and each installment is a step in the build, not a fee for time. Third-party costs that are yours by nature — domains, app store developer accounts, payment processing fees — are billed to your own accounts, which is part of why you own them.
Builder Care is a month-to-month membership: we keep your product hosted, maintained, updated, found in search, and supported by a real person. Cancel anytime. Ownership never depends on whether you're on care — you own your product either way.
You can take full control of your product at any time — host it yourself or work with any developer you choose. No penalties, no lock-in, and that option never expires. When you take the keys we hand over the code, the accounts, and everything needed to run it without us.
Your product runs on services in your name — hosting, domains, app stores, payments, email. Their terms apply to those accounts, and their bills are yours. We set them up with you and hand them over when you take the keys.
Don't use Creators Corner to build something illegal, deceptive, or harmful, and don't bring us content you don't have the right to use. If we have to walk away from a project for one of those reasons, you keep what's been delivered and we settle up fairly for the work done.
We build carefully and we stand behind our work, and we'll fix what we broke. We can't guarantee outcomes that depend on the world — search rankings, app store approvals, sales, or how a third-party service behaves. Software is provided as built; our responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the work in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. If something here ever needs sorting out, we'll talk first — most things are a conversation, not a dispute. We may update these terms; when we do, the effective date at the top changes and the current version always lives at this address. Questions: support@novarahq.io.
