Short version: we collect what we need to build with you and reach you, we don't sell any of it, we name every service that touches it, and you can ask us to delete it. Effective September 4, 2026.
When you start a chat or open a build room: your name, email, and phone number, and the passcode that opens your room.
Inside your build room: everything you share — messages, files, photos, screenshots, links, and the ideas themselves. The room is timestamped; it is the shared record of the project.
If you turn on notifications: the token your browser or phone gives us so we can reach that device.
If you pay us: your name, email, what you bought, the amount, and whether it went through. Your card details go to Stripe and never touch our servers.
How the site is used:pages visited and what gets clicked, so we can see what's working. This is measured with Vercel Analytics and PostHog.
To build what you asked for, to keep you updated on it, to keep your build room private to you, to take payment when you've agreed to one, and to understand how the site is used. Nothing else. We don't sell your information and we don't use it for advertising.
These services run parts of Creators Corner on our behalf and handle your data only to do that job:
Vercel hosts the site and provides anonymous page analytics. Supabasestores the database and your room's files; files are private and served only through links that expire. Resend delivers our email. Web push delivers notifications to devices that opted in. PostHog measures how the site is used. Stripe handles payments. Anthropic powers Nora, our intake assistant, who reads your build room to help map out your project — under commercial terms that don't use your data to train their models.
A sign-in cookie keeps you in your room or your account. Analytics use their own identifiers to tell a returning visit from a new one. No advertising cookies.
Anything your own app or site collects from your customers belongs to you, lives in accounts you own, and is governed by your own privacy policy. We help you write that one too.
Your build room stays while the project is active and afterward for your reference, because it's the record of what was built and who thought of what. Ask and we delete it. Invoices and payment records stay for as long as the law requires.
Ask and we'll delete your account, your build room, and the personal information we hold about you. Email support@novarahq.io. We'll confirm when it's done.
Everything travels encrypted. Rooms open with a passcode you set; files are private by default. Creators Corner is a service for businesses and adult builders and is not directed to children under 18.
If this policy changes materially, the effective date at the top changes and the current version always lives at this address.
